2. Coating Stoppers can prevent drugs etc. being absorbed on or spread into rubber closures; and avoid Halobutyl Rubber Stoppers being extracted by the drugs.
  There will be interdiffusion effect between wrapped substances and bottle Stoppers: take medicines for example, medicines/drugs are usually been absorbed on the surface of and then spread into rubber Stoppers.
  Although Halobutyl Rubber Stoppers have good chemical stability, it still will be extracted by medicines for the bottle closure's concentration gradient, which means the low molecular compounds in the bottle Stoppers will exude towards Stoppers surface. And the exudations will surely influence drug effect or pollute the drugs. ...

2. Our Bromohalobutyl Rubber Stoppers are cleaned by purified water, which conforms to the requirement of “Pharmacopoeia of the People's Republic of China".
  Packaged by RFS® packaging bags which have sterilization function.
  As a result, during the cleaning and packaging process, we have succeeded in eliminating endotoxin, microorganism forming system and visible & invisible particles on rubber bottle closures. And there is no need of siliconizing and cleaning etc. before our Stoppers are used in pharmaceutical packaging (Sterilization is necessary).
